The service was enthusiastic and helpful throughout, although a minor incident occurred with the chandelier. The location was superb with easy access to dining and shopping, but noise from the nearby Epicentre was a downside. Dining options were good, especially the cured meats at BLT.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat! The rooms are simply amazing, offering liquor from local distilleries and North Carolina snacks with great views of Downtown Charlotte. The most incredible bathroom and a 'to die for' piece of chocolate cake that said Happy Birthday made my stay extra special.
